Cognac only, no cheap stuff. I don't really believe in whisky or those other barbaric throat-burning solvents.
Cognac burns your throat all the time just because it's expensive doesn't make it yummy same can be said for wine.

That’s the spirit: Japanese whiskey and beer festival hosted in capital
A Japanese whiskey and beer themed festival is set to be hosted this Saturday in the heart of popular Toul Tom Poung. The festival will boast a range of spirits from Japan for attendees to try.

In Cambodia, growing affluence among Cambodia’s young population is spurring demand for the imported liquor, say festival organisers Long After Dark.

“Japan is home to some of the best whiskey distilleries in the world. The quality and breadth of food and beverage products coming out of Japan means that these products are increasingly popular here in Cambodia.” it added.

The Japanese whiskey market alone is expected to reach $1.1 billion globally by 2025 according to market analysts Grand View Research, who also report that the Asia Pacific continues to lead the market for Japanese whiskey.

If it is fine whisky and fine spirits you are seeking then, in my experience at least, your one stop shop is Mean Sok Heng (Monument) Wines and spirits shop. Ignore the "wine" in their name - that relates to the few ports they stock. I've been shopping with them for many years now although they have changed location a number of times. Never less than several hundred whisky brands in stock and from around the world at that. I'm not a whisky drinker but like my fine spirits and at my last count they had 41 different gins and some very fine rums, cognacs, armagnacs and calvados etc. on their shelves.

A scan of their illustrated website gives you a very good idea as to their stock in trade:
