Where to buy -

Discussions about restaurants, cafes, coffee shops or bars in Cambodia. Feel free to write any reviews you have, whether its the best burger you've had in Phnom Penh or the worse pizza in sihanoukville, we want to read it! Discussions about Khmer dishes are also in here, or you can leave your own. If you own a restaurant, feel free to let the expat community know about it here so that we can come check it out. Found a favorite cafe or have a place we should avoid? Tell us about it. Asian recipes & questions are always welcome.

Where to buy -

Post by Fourkinnel » Fri Nov 06, 2015 1:22 pm

Coming to the big city soon. Usually come back here stocked with stuff we can't find in the local marts.
To save me a bit of leg work and tuk tuk fare, anybody seen recently in any store;

Branston Pickle,

Mature Cheese,

Butterscotch Liqueur or Schnapps

Thanks!

Thai Huat on Monivong have a great selection of cheese, also pate, foie gras and cooked meats, assume the 63st. branch will have similar.

I'm not after that French posh expensive stuff. We had some like this up to recently in SHV, then like all good things here they disappear!

I'll never understand that about Khmer shop owners - "oh, yes, we did have that but it all sold quickly, so we won't stock it again..."
