Goodness Me! It’s Gluten Free

Discussions about restaurants, cafes, coffee shops or bars in Cambodia. Feel free to write any reviews you have, whether its the best burger you've had in Phnom Penh or the worse pizza in Kampot, we want to read it! Discussions about Khmer dishes are also in here, or you can leave your own. If you own a restaurant, feel free to let the expat community know about it here so that we can come check it out. Found a favorite cafe or have a place we should avoid? Tell us about it. Asian recipes & questions are always welcome.

They are absolutely delicious! They have been added to the menu on Nham24. Two days old they are still yummy, they don't dry out. :)

We are experimenting with rice bread - the first loaf was made today and it's looking very promising.
This could mean steak sandwiches on the menu soon!

I'd be keen on trying the rice bread. I could never understand why bread in Asia is made from a imported wheat grain when so much rice grain in available here.

The brownies and lemon cake are seriously very very tasty, with my present condition, my oxygen shut off when I was having a small nap! Doctor came in and sorted out the problem, but told me I must not take off the mask. But the cake is WOW. I am at a stage of eating food mashed up, like baby food because food gets stuck gives me heartburn and a little pain.
I mix the cake's with a good yogurt, and sprinkle chocolate in.
