The Pub
Re: The Pub
Lonestar I liked the fish tacos back in the day. The place also never seemed to attract any of the 172 crowd despite being right off 172.
As for Phnom Penh bars, any recommendations for a good craft? I’m stopping by Hops among others, wondering if any new places opened.

Once you've read the dictionary, every other book is just a remix.
Re: The Pub
They have the best pork chops and ribs I have tasted in Phnom Penh. They also have an excellent sausage and chicken gumbo, good sauce for their hot wings, country fried chicken and gravy, a good chicken salad, corn on the cob. The best western food restaurant in my opinion and by far the best prices.John Bingham wrote: ↑Tue Aug 22, 2023 10:32 pmI haven't been in there in many years, is it still on that odd street off 172? They used to have good food. What else have they got? Tacos, sandwiches?
And I did check out The Pub a few months back, wasn't impressed with the food at all.

FTFY
It's a small place tho and when busy can get very smokey.. For non smokers who like US food, head to the Freebird bar and grill on St 240. It has a non smoking policy downstairs, however perhaps not as good value. There's also a cigar room upstairs..

Nah, they seem to have a pretty good spread of all western style food. I appreciate the attempt though.Clutch Cargo wrote: ↑Wed Aug 23, 2023 9:31 amFTFY
