The price of a gin-'n-tonic in Siem Reap
In KHMER TASTE on Soksan Road it's $1, but no pool and no ambience except for people-watching and a lovely clean loo
At RIVER GARDEN, next to the river (with pool and lovely ambience) $4 ...
elsewhere $2 - various places
and $2.50 (Ivy Guest House) - nice garden atmosphere a very friendly black-and-white cat
and so on ...

You need to learn how to post pics on CEO. We need to see this ambience...

O Kuroneko ...
Many long years ago and many miles from here, "JEDDAH GIN" was all the rage - a fermentation of sweet and bitter fruit
and potatoes and sugar (NOT a distillation) which produced a cloudy liquid which, when drunk
with any tonic available, tasted quite remarkably like G&T (with the addition of ice and crushed lemon) after the second glass

As mentioned earlier with a self explanatory pic, it is utterly stupid to compare the price of a long drink without mentioning what alcohol brand was used to make it.
In places where I am not a regular, when ordering my long drink I always check what liquors they stock, often making sure they follow through. unfortunately I often end up drinking a beer or a soda water lemon for lack of reputable quality liquors.

Yep, $1 G&T is cheap but you pay later.
Warning: Harpoon gin gave me one of the worst hangovers in my life. I think it is outlawed in Europe/western countries.
