The Cucumber Thread
The Cucumber Thread
Recipe for a delicious cucumber salad
A)
1. One cucumber as shown in the picture above (wash thoroughly and DON'T peel)
2. Slice it up with a cucumber slicer and put in a bowl
B)
1. take a 2nd bowl
2. three tablespoons of sunflower oil
3. a half teaspoon of salt
4. a half teaspoon of crushed pepper (Kampot pepper ???)
5. 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
6. 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
7. one small, crushed and thinly sliced garlic clove
8. one, or one and a half tablespoon(s) of thinly sliced onion
9. one teaspoon of high quality mustard (in emergency “French's mustard will do it)
10. a little water
Stir thoroughly with fork and put for 20 minutes in fridge
Add cucumber and stir again................Ready/good appetite
P.S.: DO NOT ADD ANY FUCKIN' SUGAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or sweetener.

Try this:
1 cucumber
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dill
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp sunflower oil
1 tsp vinegar
2 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
Chill thoroughly. Heaven.

Dill is good (very good)....one table spoon, as you have said. Sour Cream for a thinly sliced up cucumber ? NO ! No freakin' way, and sugar is also a big no no.
