Last year I was in PP when there was a major holiday. Nothing was open on the river road except The Pizza Company. Overpriced garbage. I don't see how they stay in business with such a poor product and inflated prices. I would be ashamed to sell such an inferior product or even call it a pizza.

^ It's their presentation that's selling...and clearly nothing more..

Heh. I really like their Tom Yum pizza.

I think a CEO pizza party at Sailorman's is in order :beer3:

Anyone in Snooky that wants to start a Pizza restaurant, I will teach them how to make a proper NY Pizza free of charge. I did this for the pizza place down at the Golden Lyons circle/square, but he refuses to turn his oven up to the 800/900 F degrees it takes to make a proper NY pizza. The Chinese gas restaurant ovens you buy at the restaurant supplies in PP will go up to the proper temp, the electric ones will not. (BTW/ In my misspent youth I managed a very popular Pizza restaurant.)

I have been searching for a great NY style pizza here in Phnom Penh. I would buy that pizza in your picture, for sure. Maybe you should think about a little side business. Great set up.

Too old and too lazy to work, just a hobby now. Teaching offer still goes and I'll try water thing, though the best pizza places in NY don't really do that. With the dry stone/900 degree oven you get the bottom crisp, but the rest is chewy/bubbly.

yeah, someone don't jump on the offer to learn how to make NY pizza we all suffer. I can't think of a lot of better ways to spend a day than making TRULY good pizza and seeing all those happy ppl. I will pay more for a good pizza than I would for a steak, etc. now if it could only be the 16 inches a large SHOULD be...
