Moonlight snacking
Moonlight snacking
Curious,
I like snacking after the 10pmish watershed hour of restaurants closing.
Can anyone offer some night time recommendations of cheeky little restaurants to visit.
Happy snacking

Where are you located? Cambodian late-night cuisine varies widely across the country, from being limited to riverside street food and a few pub street hangouts in Siem Reap, to 24-hour Burger King and KFC in Phnom Penh, to literally nothing at all in most towns across the country after 10pm.
Where are you?

Oressey Market has cheap BBQ ... goes pretty late ... good vibe
Re: Moonlight snacking
On Riverside the only two places I know that are reliably open past 10pm and they are Oskar, between 110 and 118 but that's a bit pricey and Bgari (opposite Metro) street 148, which opens until at least 11 and sometimes even later if they are busy, although after 11pm it is slim pickings in these parts.
Larry's (110 and 5) is open until 10.30 and, I think, maybe even to 11 on the weekends. Others may know for certain.
There is a burger stall opposite Pontoon on street 172 and 51 (ground zero) but good luck down there after 11pm.

I see a few Indian restaurants on Riverside advertising that they are open until 02:00 or 04:00.Doc67 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 18, 2024 8:34 amOn Riverside the only two places I know that are reliably open past 10pm and they are Oskar, between 110 and 118 but that's a bit pricey and Bgari (opposite Metro) street 148, which opens until at least 11 and sometimes even later if they are busy, although after 11pm it is slim pickings in these parts.

Martini Pizza at 51 corner 174 (Opposite long gone Walkabout) is my night favourite.
Lots of different food but best is the Pizza and some Mexican. They also make a really nice Curry.
Normally open until 03 but sometimes close at 02 if its a dead night.
The owner once worked at the classic Martini, and after its closure relocated to 51 street.
First inside GSM, left side after Swiss Food, at the renovation moved just outside between Pontoon and GSM.
And finally moved to current location at the total breakdown of GSM.

I wouldn't hang around that crossroads at any time of the day. Zombie apocalypse zone.
Silence, exile, and cunning.
