I'm not talking sundance stark from a few years ago, but their current deal on a Sunday.

Regarding Larry's. I had the steak once. It arrived in literally 6 minutes. You can't cook and rest a steak in 6 minutes.

Speaking of old landcruisers. When I lived in Seward, Alaska in 1980, I had a 1969 Landcruiser with a 327cu in. Chev V-8 and big/wide tundra tires. It had so much power and was so short, it was kind of scary (fun) do drive. The steering on those old landcruisers really wasn't very good either.

I stopped by Mark's at about 8pm (Fri), to set up a steak for Sunday night and was surprised to see about 15 people in there eating steak. Guess word got around.

Another massive steak at Monkey Mark's last night. (Sorry about the green color, but we were under a green light.) I sent Mike of Mike's Burger there and he and his family love the steaks. Mark has had to add staff as he is getting quite busy at meal time. His house wine is damn good also.

Once again I and friends returned to Mark's to satisfy our steak hunger. I forgot my camera this time, but the steak was massive and great. I even saw a doctor I see in Snookyville there last night. The house wine is pretty good also, but he ran out of after dinner Port, but promised to have more soon.

Went back to missing monkey with wifey and daughters the other day and I didn't see any of sailorman announced free beer or glass of wine with coming along the steak price increase.
Not that I care since it's still fair value at 15$ but was wondering, sailorman ?

Yes, she is cooking steak at CH, but when she was cooking at Mark's, I sometimes had to send the steak back a couple times before she got it right. This doesn't happen anymore. Firing her was probably a good thing. A couple days ago I was in CH and ordered (from her) my usual ice tea with sugar and lemon. What I got was a glass of warm tea looking liquid with one small ice cube, sugar in the bottom and no lemon. I sent it back and got (once again), tea looking liquid with a couple ice cubes and no sugar/lemon. I took it to the bar, paid and said I wouldn't drink it. Usually (during the day) CH makes great ice tea. As to the wine/beer with dinner at Mark's, did you ask Mark about it? He's added some new staff and it could be their mistake.
