Mings Bistro & Bar Phnom Penh

Went here last night, its the old Rehabb on street 174,
id not been in since Rehabb closed, i went to Nats final night there,

i popped in at 6 for some pre drinks and didnt end up leaving until nearly 12,
had a good night, good atmosphere, the new owner is a fun guy, the staff are lovely and attentive and the food looked nice too

think happy hour is 6-8pm

Yeah nice place, and some of the staff are definitely lovely. Can vouch the food is good, well the steaks and lamb shops atleast, not huge portions but fair enuff. And you can buy full bottles of whisky, some quality stuff there. Lady drinks also available...
Place can get packed with cashed up Korean patrons though so something to keep in mind.

Does the waitress Neath (?) still work there? I haven't been since it changed from Rehabb. I've driven past a few times when it was El Capitan and Ming's, but often too crowded for my taste.

They have a pale ale on tap, too. 5.7%

3.50 a small glass, 4.50 for the mug.

Some nice chickas, also.

For Sale sign has been up for months, whether or not it was put up there by the new owners, or never taken down, is anyone's guess.
