Mike's Burger is not an In n Out clone. He claimed to be when he first opened, and his burgers were pretty good, so his claim got to slide. He changed his meat supplier or added soy filler or something back in 2013 though, and Mike's Burger stopped being any good. Granted, I have not been since 2014, so he may have started making good burgers again, but I doubt it. There are a few places that make better burgers than Mike's Burger in Phnom Penh, so don't get too excited SHV.

KPTIC: Very interesting, you of course have the facts to back that up or a background/schooling in the food service industry? (like I have.) Haven't seen or tasted any filler in the Mike's burger I eat in Snookyville. Last week when Mike was in SKV I did question him about small portions of fries that friends and I have gotten, and he addressed the problem with the staff and its back to a good hit of fries. (Its very difficult in Cambodia to get good help as anyone who has run a business or has a food service background can see/knows.)

Facts Talk, Bullsh*t walks. Are you walking or talking? Have you actually been to a Mike's Burger in PP or just spouting drivel.

Several others have confirmed thar the quality of Mike's burgers declined markedly over the years. To throw your question back at you have you ever been to Mike''s Burger in Phnom Penh? If not enjoy your walk. :hattip:

I ate at Mike's about a month or two ago, not long after it opened. Bottom of the bun was mushy straight away and I left a good deal of bread slop behind because of this. However the patty was pretty good, not just lips and arseholes like the patties in Paradise up the street, where I saw actual tubules in it when I bit through. Too much sauce goo, make the bun/patty wider rather than tall and narrow, a burger should fit in your mouth. And they only had Five Men brown, which was satan's piss. Whoever is the head brewer there needs to be repeatedly punched in the cock.
