Got my BBQ rib burger yesterday (kind of an addiction), and talked Mike into trying out some mushroom/cheese burgers on sat afternoon. I hope it catch's on as I love them. He has Dr. Pepper coming in in about a week. While I was there Fri night I saw a guy order and eat a double cheese burger. He had to be really hunger as it was big.

Wow, it's funny that a waning burger joint from the capital ( that nobody goes to anymore because the quality has gone to hell) can open a branch in a provincial town and people are still impressed.

I went into Mike's at Camko the other day to have a look. Only one thing to say; That shits expensive! I think it was 2.50 for small fries. He seems to be doing well though.

JB: Its easy to set back and trash a business, but harder to do so with real evidence. I cry Bullsh*t on you comment and challenge you to back it up with facts. Facts Talk, Bullsh*t walks. Are you walking or talking? Have you actually been to a Mike's Burger in PP or just spouting drivel.

I have only bought a Mike's burger once. It was about 5 years ago from the Russian Boulevard joint. I wasn't much impressed. The Camko place looks more authentic to me, but I didn't try anything as the cheapest thing was small chips for $2.50. If he could just lower the price a bit without affecting the quality I would have another go. I make my own with Lucky mince beef at the mo. Plus Luck burgers are better these days at only $1.90 for a hamburger. I definitely prefer them to Burger King.

There were plenty of customers in the Camko joint. Seems he made the right decision moving there.
