Discussions about restaurants, cafes, coffee shops or bars in Cambodia. Feel free to write any reviews you have, whether its the best burger you've had in Phnom Penh or the worse pizza in Kampot, we want to read it! Discussions about Khmer dishes are also in here, or you can leave your own. If you own a restaurant, feel free to let the expat community know about it here so that we can come check it out. Found a favorite cafe or have a place we should avoid? Tell us about it. Asian recipes & questions are always welcome.

What's being a caring person got to do with being a vegetarian / vegan?
There is a big difference between a vegetarian and a Vegan first off.

Vegans care about the animals and the planet.
While most humans take advantage of the weak and needy.

Vegans dont...which in my eyes is a more caring person.

Just my 2 cents worth..

Take care guys

Yeah, sure - vegans are living saints. They aren't self-centered twits who love nothing more than to annoy everyone else with their sanctimonious BS or anything.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

Yeah, I know what you mean, I just finished a massive steak and was so juiced up I kicked a cat and then set a forest on fire, because eating meat makes me hate animals and the planet.

Cooking our steaks on the bbq last night, my mouth started watering at the thought of eating that delicious, just seared, rare slab of beef...

Made me wonder if vegans mouths start watering when they are mowing their lawns?
