That is a smart move. What happened to the tomato and onion, noshed that first? And no Worcestershire /HP/A1 sauce? Treason!

From their website, "We specialize in southern home cooking with food made from scratch and Texas sized portions. Our menu includes Chicken Fried Steak, Slow Smoked Pork Ribs, Mexican Food.........and much more."

Did you really expect proper English "cuisine"/and condiments from a resto that specializes in food from the SW of the US.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.

Uh...they advertised 'English breakfast...'

What else should one reasonably expect?

The owner is an Aussie, who might know the difference.

You're probably the kind of customer who eats at McDonald's and complains about the shitburger. "Uh, they advertised hamburgers."

Hahahha, grumpy with a sore head...have another 20 beers, that'll see you right. But you probably normally started very early anyway ;0

It was actually a joke at GenMach's expense, over your head.

I'm sure Lonestar has all those condiments, btw, and I doubt any Aussie running the place wouldn't have bought them if they were not already there.

You seem to be trying to make a statement that advertising should not be truthful...interesting ethics.

I don't eat at McDonalds. Ever.

But yes, if someone advertised a burger, I would expect a burger, if they advertised a great tourist service, I would expect that...with the exception of ratbag operators who have no ethics.

Wrong, you are the closet idealist who dwells on "what should be.". I am simply skeptical of cheap or overpriced imitations, especially in Cambodia. As for your cheap shot " another b20 beers". that is wishful thinking on your part.

Yeah, advertise a hamburger, serve a sandwich, that's contrary to 'idealism' but serves the interests of dodgy expats..so that makes it right.

Your logic suggests one can advertise B but deliver C and anyone who questions that is an idealist.

You're funny.

Drink more.

And learn how to quote, in between beers.:)

Correct. I definitely remember a bottle of A1 sauce. Not sure about the other. Maybe it was HP sauce. I don't remember, LoL.

It's definitely a good place to have brekkie, the coffee was always good.

Sorry to see Greg go, but I'm sure the new Aussie guy will be sensitive to new changes.
