Harry's Bar on Riverside specials

Discussions about restaurants, cafes, coffee shops or bars in Cambodia. Feel free to write any reviews you have, whether its the best burger you've had in Phnom Penh or the worse pizza in Kampot, we want to read it! Discussions about Khmer dishes are also in here, or you can leave your own. If you own a restaurant, feel free to let the expat community know about it here so that we can come check it out. Found a favorite cafe or have a place we should avoid? Tell us about it. Asian recipes & questions are always welcome.

I had the MOST delicious salmon there last night.
The staff are great and the food was even better.

Highly recommend.
Once you've read the dictionary, every other book is just a remix.

lol, "per person, per day with printed voucher"

What sort of broke wino would one need to be to trotting to the print shop to print a chit for a substandard stout that I've never seen anybody drink?

Seriously, QR codes in a country where most people don't know how to use a smart phone other than use it to search on Facebook.

almost every shop, cafe, bus etc has a battery of QR codes in front of the till; I daresay up to 50% of transactions in this country are done by qr code
