Same as Scottish Smoked Salmon is not actually salmon from Scotland but only smoked in Scotland. For the real McCoy you need Smoked Scottish Salmon.
"Could mean", but it doesn't. They are imported from France, and that's guaranteed.

They also have a large selection of oysters imported from Vietnam at around $1 each. The ones below are Pacific oysters (Crassostrea gigas) topped with smoked salmon and sour cream at $17 per dozen.
