They opened their second location because many of their customers who would come down to Kampot from Phnom Penh had encouraged them to expand into the capital city.

Having started out with just a small eatery measuring 4m by 6m in the sleepy riverside town of Kampot nearly three years ago, an English couple – Luke Macdonald and his wife Holly Churchill – have now brought Burgershack to Phnom Penh where they offer greasily satisfying burgers in a fun and entertaining atmosphere.

While Burgershack in Kampot has minimal decor and a chilled vibe, the Phnom Penh location offers a fun and vibrant interior with graffiti-style murals of cartoon characters.

They mainly serve traditional California-style burgers and the decor is cheerful and nostalgic.

Their chef in Kampot, who has been working with them since the very beginning, comes to Phnom Penh every few months to train their staff to ensure the burgers are always made and served the right way.

The most popular order for Khmer customers is the Clucking Good chicken burger with Kampot black pepper, grilled chicken, avocado, jalapenos, lettuce, pickles, onion, tomatoes and mayonnaise.

Burgershack Phnom Penh serves a la carte burgers priced from $3.50 to $6.00 and combo meals that include a drink and fries go from $5.50 to $7.50.

Burgershack Phnom Penh is located at No. 219 St 51 (at the corner of St 51 and St 302) in Boeung Keng Kang district’s Boeung Keng Kang I commune, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The establishment has been open for sometime, if you look on google maps you will notice reviews go back a year, and I think its been open longer than that.

Best burgers in Kampot but the service whilst friendly often gets you asking for ice, a straw, tissues, red sauce etc etc. Once there were no toilets available. All locked!

Still, better than the others for taste. 👅

It's the best fast food style burger in Kampot, and definitely the best run burger joint in Kampot.

Jezst are best burgers in Kampot, followed by salt field glamping place "Ela"

Burgershack is good fast food, not gourmet burger

This place has been open for a fair while hasn't it? Great burgers though, up there with the best I've had in PP.

Not keen on Jetz. Greasy dry chips and the burger just fell apart.

I had a few free burgers there ( in kampot when i was there ) by filling up the punch cards ( buy 10 , get 1 free )
It helps to invite people , buy them burgers , and i get the free “ punches “ 😉

The only bad part was you never knew when they would take a day off and the place was closed

Yes, when they were working on the new location in PP, the Kampot branch was closed on random days. The Canadian (?) dude a few doors down seemed to do very well when this place was closed.
