Grilled fish, fries, small salad & 2 beer for $3.00 for lunch sounds a cracking deal!

Across from Mealy Chenda. Adjacent to Pat's resto & the laundry on other side. Pov has been the most consistent of all the restos on Vic Hill. IMHO.

They spent a few months rebuilding at the same location and are now open AFAIK.

Thanks. I thought it had turned into a laundry when I went by a few weeks back, and a local guy told me they'd moved. I would've checked it out today myself, but it was pissing with rain, blabla.

Almost all those restaurants along that street have exactly the same menus with exactly the same prices. Two dollars will fill you up and a mug of beer is 50 cents. I can't remember the name of the place, but I frequented the one owned by a poor Khmer family (you should see what they live in, in the back) directly across from Mealy Chenda's entrance because 'Mom' made a great chicken club (on a baguette) with fries. I just hope their two young daughters don't get into meth... and end up imitating 'Beyonce' and her toothless, pregnant crack whore friend trolling for barang to 'boom boom'.
You could be next.
