cheap and good seafood stalls or restaurant in PP???

I love seafood but cant seem to find a cheap and good place in Phnom Penh. Im just wondering ifi you guys have a fav. I have been to Heng Heng oysters. LOVED IT. Anyother places like it?

Kep is the only place for seafood in KoW

I have had seafood in Kep and Koh Kong. I would not be able to tell you the difference in taste. :)

Kep keeps the dregs that aren't shipped to Phnom Penh and elsewhere. Tourists foreign and local lap up the overpriced, undersized crab left behind
