Having been in the restaurant trade and with schooling in restaurant management in my miss-spent youth, Hooters will be a one note song that will fall flat in Cambo. What it is or will be is the usually channel to launder dirty foreign/local ill gotten gains like is being done in Snooky on a large scale.

Screw Hooters, if they want to open an American chain restaurant why not a "Famous Dave's" Bar-B-Q place? I'd just about kill for their "Feast" with ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, corn bread, corn all served on a garbage can lid (a clean metal garbage can lid.) Now that would be heaven! I love that you go to the loo and they are playing blues music there. Music to pee by.

Umm, I have not read all the posts so I'm sure someone must have brought up the obvious... Hooters? Cambodia? They don't have those here.

Has anyone been to the Hard Rock in Siem Reap? It sucks. It is neither hard nor rocky.

Have to disagree with you there. I think there’s a whole thread dedicated to this topic somewhere.

My missus has them, she could be the cashier. She certainly causes consternation in Australia.

I liked it. The prices are high, but that's expected there. The girlfriend and I got pretty drunk there. Had to literally carry her back to the hotel. I don't think I'd ever gotten such dirty looks at a hotel before.

I could probably work there then.

Yes, girls should not be "carried drunk" outside of establishments, not too harp on you, GM.

But it implies a lax sense of propriety and care by her mates. Like you don't really care for her well. Debauchery.

Just looks bad ... I don't care a whit over "women's rights to get plastered," it's sheer stupidity and a bit dangerous.

Not if there's a fire, not even if you hear the sound of a thud from my home and one week later there's a smell coming from there that can only be a decaying human body and you have to hold a hanky to your face because the stench is so thick that you think you're going to faint.

Even then, don't come knocking...Not for ANY reason.

Dude, they got 'em here, and they're growing.

Support the dairy industry here. Milk, yoghurt, and cheese.

That means a double-cheeseburger, milkshake, and ice cream/yoghurt dessert at Hooters.

Malnutrition is just plain ugly. Hooters imply an overabundance. Yay!

Large-breasted apsaras are actually part of their culture. Support true Khmer culture. They have the genes for full-bodied women.
