British Meats.

Discussions about restaurants, cafes, coffee shops or bars in Cambodia. Feel free to write any reviews you have, whether its the best burger you've had in Phnom Penh or the worse pizza in Kampot, we want to read it! Discussions about Khmer dishes are also in here, or you can leave your own. If you own a restaurant, feel free to let the expat community know about it here so that we can come check it out. Found a favorite cafe or have a place we should avoid? Tell us about it. Asian recipes & questions are always welcome.

Many business owners realize they are training their next competitor. It's called capitalism. It's called business. Deal with it.

I agree with Vlad too, but opening a competing shop nearby is not so bad, considering that opening one next door is more usual here. 8-)

I have set up a place here in Cambodia, now being self taught.......
So yesterday I came up with a new dish for the menu................................

Pork marinated 12 hours in honey. Can be served with a combination of vegetables.

Chocolate cake accompanied with a light yogurt with honey, and a small shot of Tennessee whisky.
A good French wine to wash down. Yummy......................................................................... :hattip:

Are those Brussels Sprouts? Where did you get them? I've only ever seen them sold at extortionate prices around Xmas.

You can get frozen Brussels sprouts in some supermarkets, no where near as good as fresh, but they gotta be better than tinned ones!

And Jaimie the Lincoln sausage is first class.

I do agree with you! Fresh is always better. But this tin version from France is good.
