Yeah, no point in losing your tamper
Re: "Brew Cart" ripoff attempt
Must be one hell of a cart. For 2 bucks you can enjoy your espresso at eric kayser on riverside.
But I don´t wanna say anything otherwise some alcoholic will come and say something like " if you can´t even affort a 4 dollar coffee what are you doing here?"

Is that far from the place with the $1 draft beers? I might move to the riverside. Looks like I could save up to $30 a month!

Re: "Brew Cart" ripoff attempt
You can get decent coffee in Phnom Penh for 2000 riel.
'Business Development Managers' (aka salesmen) and other wankers have made people believe no decent coffee can be had from local street vendors, or in any cafe for under $5, even if you are wearing a watch-shaker.
Ignore them, they are practised liars.

rather buy a $1 fruit shake
In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST
Re: "Brew Cart" ripoff attempt
Fruit shakes are 3000 Riel. You're being ripped off.

You could go to Mekong River on the corner of 118 street and Riverside and get a draft for 3000 Riel. Then you could just walk around the corner and get a $1.60 espresso at Burger King, if you want to save some money.

I have been given too much change a lot more times than too little change here in Cambodia.
Re: "Brew Cart" ripoff attempt
But they sell espresso shots out of a cart in BKK3 for $1.50.
Shit. Now I'll have to calculate gasoline usage on my Chaly. I wonder if the run from the riverside to BKK3 will use more or less than $0.10 worth of fuel??
