BBQ Party! Still a great time.

Discussions about restaurants, cafes, coffee shops or bars in Cambodia. Feel free to write any reviews you have, whether its the best burger you've had in Phnom Penh or the worse pizza in sihanoukville, we want to read it! Discussions about Khmer dishes are also in here, or you can leave your own. If you own a restaurant, feel free to let the expat community know about it here so that we can come check it out. Found a favorite cafe or have a place we should avoid? Tell us about it. Asian recipes & food porn is always welcome.

That's probably the most feeble attempt at dual pricing I've ever heard of.
Yeah, it's a small variance and honestly it's a case where it's probably more reasonable and based on actual usage vs just "they have more money".

Sort of like when you see a tuktuk ask for more for the same ride from a 300lb white guy vs a 90lb khmer chick. The fuel consumption justifies the upcharge.
