Interesting move, no evidence of this but I'd imagine one of the things that killed it eighty8 was lack of relevant footfall, with the backpacker district moving to BKK & 172

I know Aussie XL has a fairly loyal customer base but I'd be surprised if they get the walk-ins like st51

Yup that is hard on the eyes. I would have thought their clientel was more bkk than wat phnom.
