I had what I consider the best pizza I have eaten in Sihanoukville a couple of weeks ago at Nice Foods 1, just up from Hi Foods on Serendipity Beach road.
A medium crust meat lovers pizza, it was chock-a-block with meat and cheese. Cooked perfectly and was $6 for a 12" pizza.
thats a good price, will have to check it out mate, Nice foods does ring a bell, im not sure if its through eating there before or just passing it millions of times haha

They were good until maybe 6 months ago. They're using rolling pins now I think & they're too thin for me with no crust.
I really don't know much about Pizza in Sihanoukville. Olive & Olive was the only Pizza restaurant in Sihanoukville i tried. I left Sihanoukville in late 2009 and while i was studying in Sihanoukville, i am not sure if Pizza was available down there. If it was, i might still not be able to eat as i might not be able to afford it. This is a good thread. I will check out some recommended restaurants next time i am in Sihanoukville.

I've had Pizza Co in BKK and it's gloppy garbage. The box would have made a better crust. 2 bites & I was done & off for some Soi food.

^^^^^^ Yup, gloppy garbage. I don't want Pizza Hut type crap. They way over-top them to hide the fact that the crust is awful. It is closer to sawdust than the right grain for pizza and pasta. Bread flour does not make a good product. Most places don't use the proper wheat (hard durum) because it is more expensive. Mediterreneo was the only place in town that did. The wheat needs to be high in gluten and protein. A good crust should be firm yet chewy and you don't need a lot of stuff on it because it tastes good by itself. Go to Brooklyn or Limoncello in PP sometime and you will see what I am talking about. You're showing me a fast food type that has about as much a connection to a good pizza as McDonald's does to a good hamburger.

The best pizza I had was from Tony at Charlie Harpers. He really nailed it and during his learning curve he'd bring out free pizza for people to try!

Sadly he's cooking pizza in heaven now.

Shooters on the hill does pretty good pizza or Olive Olive. That's about it really.

Tony's pizza was a lot better than I thought it would be, but not great. Never tried Shooters. I always go for the curry.

Image I have yet to have a really good pie in Snookyville. Attached is what one should look like. The main problem is they don't want to turn their oven up to the required 800F and the cook usually kills the dough and adds to much flour. I made my gas grill into an oven that gets close to 800f. I brought back a kit from Australia to make my own cheese.
