Addicted to fine dining!

Discussions about restaurants, cafes, coffee shops or bars in Cambodia. Feel free to write any reviews you have, whether its the best burger you've had in Phnom Penh or the worse pizza in Kampot, we want to read it! Discussions about Khmer dishes are also in here, or you can leave your own. If you own a restaurant, feel free to let the expat community know about it here so that we can come check it out. Found a favorite cafe or have a place we should avoid? Tell us about it. Asian recipes & questions are always welcome.

Khéma Pasteur does a good value ($12 ex VAT & SC iirc) all you can eat breakfast and lunch.

Open Wine also does a 3 course lunch but I forget the price.

You can go to Iza next to Rosewood and order their $9 ramen and drink water but your minimum 330 ml bottle of Perrier will cost you at least half of that so don’t go there if you are thirsty.

Naga buffet across Naba theatre, $15.

Khéma de la Poste wine and cheese special.

etc
Khema, just don’t order steak. They can’t cook it properly.

Other meals there have been good
Khéma, and order the steak, especially the Café de Paris.
Khéma has a no charge policy if for any reasons the dish disappoints. Unhappy with the steak -> the steak is waived from the bill. (Just don’t eat the steak and lick the sauce of course Image).

Multiple guests didn’t enjoy the steak, I tried and it just wasn’t good or cooked properly. The other 5 or so times I have gone and not had steak was a good experience.

I’ll have my steaks at Armands or NYSH instead. I liked Vans, it’s closed?

Where is this Khema place? Do they have a similar deal for dinner? I am not really into stuffing myself early in the day. Food certainly looks enticing.
