Mr Zmth

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. that was my concern in starting this thread.
Mr Zmth, have you family back in your home country who would be concerned about your passing? if so, i would like to give you a little unsolicited advice.

please make sure you pass the contact details of your family to someone local should any untoward incident happen.

it is really awful for family members to hear of such things by public media.

i know this through personal experience, so even if you do not care about yourself, have a care for your family if any.
forgive my meddling in your own business please, by having an opinion- i am not judging you as a good or bad person.
Yea at this time have only one brother and his wife - they know i am in Cambodia and approximately where am I - think i told his wife in email am in Sihanoukville - usually we send at least short emails back and forth every week or so. Yes i should give more detail and haven't passed the info to anyone local though - no one at this hotel now hardly speaks any English as had to move out of Sarang when my month was up as they said it was full though i likely expect the real reason was they did not like the guest I had. I don't know why ' heart attack ' was mentioned as i have never had any heart or cardiovascular problems(doesn't mean it could not start at any time though) nor high blood pressure and am slightly underweight but ofcourse many other ways i could die. But the main thing is that i should really tell Alcor in Phoenix AZ, the place that does the cryogenics freezing but i have an id card i always carry in my wallet giving Alcor's tel number etc.. I have already paid for my head only to be put in deep freeze at death and it is very important for them to get to the dead body as soon as possible for a best possible chance to be revived in the best way possible whenever/if that is to happen in the future. Dying here in Cambodia is not a good thing as Alcor does not have an emergency center in this area. Actually Alcor needs to get to your dead body within say a maximum of around 40 hours so they can replace your blood with a type of ' antifreeze ' because when the water in your body and cells freezes it causes damage - so it's must better to replace ones blood with antifreeze but that has to be done within say a aximum of 40 hours or so before blood congeals etc. Otherwise they just do a ' straight freeze ' which is not nearly as good - at least that is the general opinion at this time.

I take it from previous posts you have met him? However, would I also be correct in saying that is not actually him in the avatar photo?

First a bar refuses to serve you then a guest house doesn't want your money. It might be the company you keep or it might be you. Or both. You're so lost not even Father James can find you.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.

Don't know what you are talking about. I am only in South east Asia as an escape and last adventure delay to what I know i have to do and have been planning on for quite a while. Have already got the agent and have it at home though I have to take care of several loose ends such as an updated will etc. exactly and decide where to actually do it and other things before committing the actual act.

I can't be actually sure but what the Sarang guesthouse was actually fully booked and they were telling the truth as have heard from another person that is often the case at Sarang guesthouse. As far as having someone notify next of kin I guess I should give the information to the girl (no we did not actually split up as I forgave her again and let her back as always seems to be the case) though she certainly is not very reliable.
