If you're happy and u know it clap your hands.

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

If you're happy and u know it clap your hands.

Post by Duncan »

After 68 years on this god given earth I'm happy I don't live on any other planet. Lived in three countries, and I'm happy I live here,,,,, two marriages, and I'm happy I'm single,,,, been in the millionaires club twice, and gave it all away, but I'm happy with what I've got.
Owned dozens of cars, but I'm happy to walk everywhere.
Only thing missing in my life is a farm to grow fruit and veg's, but I gave all that up in exchange for a family. Not the perfect swap but I still wouldn't trade them for a farm again.

So how happy are you with you're life right now, on a scale of 0 to 100, [ below 50 your are unhappy ]

I'm putting myself in the 90 to 95 range.

If you're happy and you know it post it here,
If you're happy and you know it post it here,
If you're happy and you know it,
Then you really should post it,
If you're happy and you know it,
Post it here.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Lived in 13-odd countries.
Been married to often.
Never been a member of the Millionaire's club.
Have a good job.
Most importantly, I like what I do, like where I live and am in good health.

Upper 90's bracket for me.

No idea really. Life is as it is. Happiness should, I think, be fleeting - you need contrasts in emotions to make them worthwhile.
Been married once, still love my wife, she stills loves me, it still hasn't worked out as marriages go. It's a shame but no regrets for trying at all.
Never been a millionaire but have had huge amounts of cash at certain points in my life and am definitely happier with less but a greater degree of personal freedom.
Don't have a job, have a business. I enjoy my work.
I need to sort out my health... and will be working on this as soon as this final set of major projects for my client are wrapped up.
I guess I'd say that I swing between 10 and 90 on that scale at any moment in time. As I grow older, I'm always astounded at the human capacity for being both amazing to other people and being awful to them.

Well,, 97 views and only 4 willing to express how happy they are. Now let me analyse those results.

1 ] Most people don't know if they are happy or not.

2] Many people are so happy ,[ after eating a happy herb pizza,] they don't realize that they can vote a over 100 score.

3] Lots of viewers are so unhappy they are ashamed to admit it and tell us .

I think for expats to truly appreciate their life in Cambodia, they should go home once a year

Never been a millionaire, my father was for a few years

Lived in many countries, would prefer rural area in Malawi/ Botswana/ Namibia to here, but it would be difficult for the family

I would say 65-75% happy
Jesus loves you...Mexico is great, right? ;)

So much rain these last few days in SHV that I preferred to enjoy a bit of spleen mood very adequate to acknowledge a few bad news that came my way. Still that only managed to bring my happiness level in between 50 to 60 on The Grinch Scale.
Won't be long before I am back to my usual 70/80 level with a few appreciated lvl 90 bursts.

When I am happy I'm very happy - that's most of the time. It's easier when the sun is shining. "Not happy" is like waiting for the sun to come out on a grey day. It will come, but when ... :Search:
