Regarding the request of citizens who own one of the stolen motorcycles and wish to take their motorcycle back, the prosecutor stated that the citizen who owns the motorcycle should apply through the provincial police commission together with a clear identification document of his motorcycle attached, so that the police can cooperate with the provincial court to confirm the ownership in accordance with the procedures.
