You must nothing, and i love burgers as much as the next man.johnny lightning wrote: ↑Thu Dec 09, 2021 5:37 am So now we must consider the morality of past wars before ordering breakfast or a burger? Fuck off.
But ordering crap food from a low-level mass-production chain from the country who originated so much distress not long ago, seems a shit choice, on some level.
The greatest low-life night package i can think of in PP would be a greasy McD / BKing burger followed by a short time with some street meat, topped by a hit from the local meth. If one can't help it, at least choose quality and pick better suppliers. It's a dirt cheap country with strong PTSD. They can't do these choices for us, so the better guys have an opportunity to raise the level by themselves.
No, i don't wear a krama, and i don't take selfies in front of the killing fields too. I just make small choices sometimes, that don't seem too futile when looking back.
I do bad choices too, i just try to not when i can.
Evolving. The whole story here is about that.
Or crashing down, after all.

In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

@Ghostwriter Who cares about your food/political choices? I start to care when you talk this kind of shit. Referring to anyone as "street meat" is wrong and what of this distress you speak of and the country of origin- time to light up the US again it appears. Not many of the UK centric along with cousins from OZ and Kiwi will aid in helping me here but fuck you if you think I am letting this crap fly by me tonite.
If you have some sort of thesis you want to advance here about your choices and the bombing of the KOW ( I guess we are talking about early 70's Eastern Cambodia)and why they should be related in all things and thrown in to every little piece of pie you see before you then by all means advance that in a seperate thread and expose your vision for all to see. These strange comments here seem wildly out of place, half baked at best and from a stoned backpacker- just- read -a -CIA -tell- all book point of view. Are you a complete clown yourself or am I missing something? Don't malign the thread further by answering back here, tell us in your own thread, Mr Something to Say and go F yourself and be glad you are out of the country mouthing off like a miserable cunt. I ll take my time off for that language and won't be back to read this crap for a while.

A- Street meat for a person is as vulgar as McD for food or meth for drug, so the three go well together. Did i just poked into your main reason to be there ?
B "Strange comments, out of place " my ass, look around you, look your stupid comments elsewhere, process.
C- You're missing something.
D- Useless "don't". You just can't afford it, can you ?
E- Take a hike, bosshog ?

I am not throwing out my Yushi's Sushi sushi and my apple strudel because dead people were evil. Wasting that food and money would be immoral.Ghostwriter wrote: ↑Thu Dec 09, 2021 2:08 amI don't know any English breakfast franchise, in Cambodia or elsewhere.truffledog wrote: ↑Thu Dec 09, 2021 12:44 amwhat about the english breakfast in Cambodia? seems to be very popular with the "locals"Ghostwriter wrote: ↑Wed Dec 08, 2021 7:36 pmMoral bankrupcy.bossho wrote: ↑Tue Aug 10, 2021 12:35 pmI don't see your point here Sir please flesh this old thought of yours out for me.SternAAlbifrons wrote: ↑Sun Aug 08, 2021 4:46 pm If you are in Cambodia eating MacDonalds you are in America
If you are in Australia, Timbuktu or the North Pole eating MacDonalds you are in America.
That's how i have always felt anyway. really.
Only a supertramp would have an American breakfast in Cambodia.
It wouldn't be worse than the oily burgers from the greased creepy clown though.
Also, i don't think UK bombed the shit out of Kow, so, morally speaking, clean enough to me.
No English breakfast franchise, but you will need to get your eggs bene on toast.
I would have to check the rule book before going to a Hofbrauhaus of America franchise.
The German Doner Kebab Fast Food franchises would be untouchable...
That is, if I gave a fuck.
Your kids should always be better people than you are. That is Society's requirement of a parent (that should stir some emotions - "Motherfuck.. tell me what I can and can't... fuck you... piece of me? Says who?..") So why take out forefather's fuck ups on the ensuing generations? There is probably an answer, so it's not rhetorical, unless there's not, then it is..

I'm old enough to remember the burger wars.

^^ More old-time memories. I remember when finding a burger in the boonies was a rare luxury. Was probably made from roadkill ,but if you put enough chilli sauce on it, it sort of resembled a burger. Except that the buns were always a bit sweet, which was not so great, but hey...

Ironically, mine is American. Made in Japan.
Meum est propositum in taberna mori,

The war was quickly forgotten. It's amazing how this Japanese song was no. 1 in the US less than 20 years after WWII.
Silence, exile, and cunning.
