So the OP was pretty much a complete fail.
Got one guy to take him at his word of being a generous person, then welched on promised drinks.
Failed to swat Rosy's or anybody there.
Proved that the Cambodian police are smarter than they are.
Expat life must be pretty slow and humor dull up there in Siem Reap if this is what counts as entertainment for them.
What's up next? Prank phone calls?
