Xavier The Belgium Scammer Strikes Again! This Time at Alice Pub...

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Xavier, the Belgium scammer, is back again already, this time scamming a monk out of food and money:

And a short video clip of Xavier the Belgium Scammer ripping off a Cambodian previously:

"Life is too important to take seriously."

"Life does not cease to be funny when people die any more than it ceases to be serious when people laugh."

Why do so many off these videos insist on making themselves look and sound so amateurish simply by choice of location and using dreadful sound/awful light and then taking forever to make the most banal point which everyone knows anyway? They actually could use the same content but spend time making it look and sound nice and I bet they would get traffic with a little marketing.

If any of you feel generous, I'm down to my last bottle of fine French brandy.
Money is human happiness in the abstract; he, then, who is no longer capable of enjoying human happiness in the concrete devotes himself utterly to money.

They get paid for people looking at the video. usualyy it starts as
'wow saw this fantastic video on youtube, you got to look at it" kching 30000 viewers, few nights beer money
But sometimes its more "man this is the worst video I ever seen on you tube, you gotta see it" kching 300 viwerrs, 2 free beers
now if you wanted to be really clever, make a shit video and get lots of people on lots of forum to look at it. Should hit somewhere in the middle.
there was soe kid in the paper making thousands doing youtube reviews of toys
