WoW! Is This the First Gay/Lesbian Wedding in Cambodia?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Each to their own, if they are happy and respect the union they have made, the very best of luck to them.

At least the wedding banquet will have a memorable fish course, for once.

The world seems full of people who are quick to chastise others and yet have some of the loosest moral code themselves.

Having been undercover of many occasions, in the interest of research, I have come to the conclusion that I might well be a lesbian, trapped inside a man's body.

I find this obsession with sexuality baffling. I think one of the least meaningful observations you can make about a person is their sexual orientation.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.

And I'm not just talking about bargirls taking slutty pictures with their fellow bargirls, I mean real lesbians with their girlfriends.
given the choice of males around them do you blame them?

Me too, which is why I find people who persistently screech about 'alternative' sexualities to be some of the most annoying people on earth, after Feminists (capital F). I don't feel the need to mention my orientation in every utterance and am not interested in others demanding that I constantly celebrate and validate their life.

I have good friends that are lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendering but we are all community - they don't insist I wave a rainbow flag and join their 'community', and I don't insist they be just like me.

You guys nailed it. An NGO forced this otherwise straight pair of women to marry eachother. Had nothing to do with love. Nope, couldn't be that.

And I hope all you wraith of God morons are joking. One thing I've always liked about SE Asia is that there are way more agnostic and atheist westerners here than in the US.

Actually not......I'm just a fan of his band.
Und der Haifisch der hat Tränen
Und die laufen vom Gesicht
Doch der Haifisch lebt im Wasser
So die Tränen sieht man nicht

In der Tiefe ist es einsam
Und so manche Träne fliesst
Und so kommt es dass das Wasser
In den Meeren salzig ist
