I'm pretty sure it was in the news recently that there's no flying school in Cambodia, so maybe they practise dog-fighting in little wooden trollies. There's a Japanese guy here in "Shitsville" that has a microlight boat thing, a hang-glider stuck to a plastic boat, and it's highly trained tuk-tuk drivers sporting you into the sky, to plummet to your doom in the cold, unfeeling sea. I think they named it the good ship MacColl. Apparently he has a license for it. Clearly some second-hand Mirages or Rafales would go down well here, with these skilled aeronautic experts.
