Will It Rain Today?

Looks like there are some 'real' clouds in the sky today, as opposed to the usual heat haze cloud.

The Radar Animation below shows a large band of rain to the east of Phnom Penh, and heading in this general direction.
Will it get here? Or, will is fizzle out before it comes close? Or, will it do what it often does and evaporate just as it hits the city, then reform on the other side of the city?

Getting closer. Looks like a heavy rain in Prey Veng at the moment.
