So why were General Mackevili and KiR hanging out so much...

They probably have a reason for that, military background, connections with high ranking local officials, and don't forget, this is Cambodia, not your homeland. Cheers.

More to the point, if the General and KiR are out socially together, who cares? Surely their personal lives are their business. There might be some cross-forum flaming going on, but there's no edict that any two parties need to lose friendships.

I use an android app (Airdroid) to track GMackevili and KIRs whereabouts and record the conversations. Once i upload the mp3's I will post a link

This thought has occurred to me more than once. I'm totally serious too. I'm just too lazy.
The cedar roasted asparagus has good chew. I don't know how to enjoy it, so I'll Instagram it instead.
