It's time for another check up & I sent like 5 emails to the new Royal Hospital about what's included & prices. There's nothing on their site. Zero responses. So OK, AAsia is on sale, I'm flying to BKK. Tried again w/Samitevej Hospital. My 3rd e-mail was responded to, but I've sent 4 more trying to make an appointment w/no luck. Same thing at St Louis Hospital. I've found this with 75% of hotels (even 5 stars), dentists, limos, airlines etc. Now I'm trying to buy shit on Alibaba & 75% don't respond. I don't get it.

I guess that noone told the secretary that looking good and saying "yes" to anything that anyone says, don't cover 100% of her workplace duties

I've always gotten a prompt answer from the Bumrungrad Hospital in Bangkok. My opinion, best hospital in Thailand. I have friends that fly in from America to go there.

Used to go to Bum and switched to Samitivej. It's highly rated, I got more effective treatment, it's at least 25% cheaper, & I don't think I'm in Riyadh. I can get 2 complete check ups 2 years apart for 14K. Same check up at Bum is 18K. St Louis is supposed to be the best for the $$ as it's non-profit. I guess I'll just call them both.

Well I do not know for all SE asia country but for Thailand not responding to email is the standard behavior even for foreign educated Thai. If I need to contact Thai representative for business I ask for their FB/line/vib.
Try their Facebook pages you will be surprised on how fast they answer.

Good tip on FB. I'll give that a try. Big businesses have somebody whose job it is to answer these things, but they're too busy f*cking around w/their own FB to do their job. A couple years ago I left my phone in the room at the Renaissance in BKK. This is a 5000B/nite joint & even they never answered emails.
