Why do Cambodians prefer people with White Complexion?

Because I see many people of White Complexion getting more job opportunities regardless of qualifications. I've had experience where they will choose the less qualified candidate and choose the White person for a manager position or a highly ranked position all because they are more marketable in terms of business. You're so hostile frank I've written things but I've apologized for them as many of you have as well. I have nothing against you but if you don't like me go right on ahead! I'm here to post my experiences dealing with the people in Cambodia.

Personally I don't care why they prefer white skin. I like rock and prog-rock. If someone else likes rap, wtf cares? Why analyse it?

They think it's better, deal with it.

My kid likes K-pop, I hate it. Do I stop him watching it? No, because I know what happens next. Get a frigging life.

I have nothing against race Vlad it's about people getting more opportunities without qualifications that gets me riled up. Why do people who have more experience and qualifications are being turned down for leadership positions all because of White Complexion I don't understand this at all! these are my two cents but it's not about racism it's about qualifications and the people who are receiving more job opportunities.
