Haha, a fellow Celt and fellow insomniac with a sense of humour. Fair enoughski! I bid you a fruitful day, Monsieur Grenouille!Ghostwriter wrote: ↑Sun Mar 17, 2024 3:45 am...But in YOUR language, so i'm 1.5 literate at least
Castrato is castrat in Frog, i don't need Google ^^..., i'm a Frog, Farinhello ? (That's a nice movie pun, see if you can spot it ^^).
I'd take Castrato music any day, who listen to foghorns ?
Seagulls and migrants, what an audience ^^
A foghorn in a karaoke, imagine that anyway....not a big loss, except for hearing ^^

Re: Whole Asia should be mourning i guess....
Karaoke has never been my thing, I hate singing but if others want to that's cool. I'm not so enthusiastic about people who decide to do it in their apartment though, neighbours like that piss me off.
The best thing about KTV places in my opinion is that they provide a comfortable place for a party.
I've had many a night out with friends, the girls from work, etc where you're eating and drinking in a restaurant, and that's always good but you're in a restaurant, around other people.
Then someone suggests taking it to a KTV place and that's where the party really starts. Someone will almost always suggest a drinking game, people who are usually quite reserved or dull in the office get a bit drunk and you see a whole new side of them, the party animal in them comes out. Friendships are forged, good times are had.
You can't really throw down like that in a restaurant, taking it back to someone's apartment often isn't practical and pisses everyone living near you off, but luckily there are purpose-built rooms with lots of sofas, bathrooms and alcohol where you can party as hard and loud as you want, in relative privacy.

In the world we live in, it's indeed a good thing to physically gather and give shy people a second chance to shine.Random Dude wrote: ↑Sun Mar 17, 2024 5:03 am people who are usually quite reserved or dull in the office get a bit drunk and you see a whole new side of them, the party animal in them comes out. I've been caught a few time ruining the probably most famous Expatriated Frogs anthem ever (especially for those living in coconut countries, sunny and exotic, you know). The song is quite exhausting for the singer, but so nice ^^

According to the laws of probabilities, there's a chance that your respective molesters mugshots are actually each other's avatar pics, in theory.Yobbo wrote: ↑Sun Mar 17, 2024 5:56 amLooks like I hit a nerve, talk about screaming from the closetDavidMurphy wrote: ↑Sun Mar 17, 2024 5:37 am
