Which country would be the best Vietnam or Cambodia
Which country would be the best Vietnam or Cambodia
If i was considering teaching English with no credentials only a TESOL cert which country would offer more secure employment opportunitys Vietnam or Cambodia.
Re: Which country would be the best Vietnam or Cambodia
Vietnam requires you have a degree and can spell opportunities, so I'd suggest Cambodia.

I can spell opportunities I was typing to quickly and didn't realise my spelling mistake.

Too much missing information to help out. The job market is larger in Vietnam and there are probably even schools who don't care how you spell opportunities. But most, if not all schools require a police background check and the better jobs require a BA. There are many websites and teacher forums that specialize in Vietnam alone.
I taught there years ago so I am reluctant to offer further advice, plus I don't know what your salary requirements and personal interests and goals are.
The Cambodian schools have been tightening up but there are still a few language factories that are looking for a paid twerp with a tie and a smile. These are schools that care neither for their faculty nor students, only money. So if you have low self-esteem and a desire to socialize with other bottom feeders this might be the ticket.
My advice is quite simply get more qualifications.

Thanks for your comment table42 what you are saying is pretty spot on a degree. Means better paid work of course and more long term security. It's no long term carrier future for me teaching I just wanted some feedback about the pros and cons ect.
