When you are a doctor but you accept that you are actually a drug dealer.

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

That's pretty shocking, but Fentanyl is for pussies....try some Carfentinil which is 100x stronger than Fentanyl and up to 5000x stronger than Heroin, or 10000x Morphine potency.

10mg is sufficient to sedate a 5000kg elephant. There's also a slightly stronger derivative, which I'll leave out for now.

Apparently in the US they are using it to cut with all kinds of Class A's, I was really surprised to hear but the death drug mostly made in China is a huge profit boost for many dealers being cheap and easy to import small packages....sad times!

John Oliver as always with a pretty decent investigation into US 'compunding' pharmacies - it made sense when he explained the purpose, and then the lid comes off the box ... :o

Yeah the pharmacies are BIG business here.

My wife goes to them with a cold and comes back with 10kg of pills and potions and a significantly lighter purse.

Not even any 'good stuff' in the 10kg either
