What's your career or job?
Re: What's your career or job?
I am a plus-sized woman's shoe salesman.
But I'm only doing that until I get my big break as a dancer.

Re: What's your career or job?
It isn't. I have a B.B.A in Marketing. I did B2B sales for 5 years. I don't like that. I enjoy teaching more. If it were not easy content (grades 1 & 2) I'd not want nor would I do this.General Chatter wrote:So this is what you did in the US ....or is it you took the job because that is all that is available to you? Did you study a science?Sir_Quality_U_Feel wrote:I am a 1st and 2nd grade science, math, and English teacher. I do it and enjoy it half the time. Can't complain as the material isn't high level and complicated. More so organizing and classroom management at this point.
But what do you do here? Cheers.
Is it all I can do? No. I have been paid to write many times, started to make good money, decided to take stable hours @ a private school here in Phnom Penh, instead of freelance writing.
And yourself, General Chatter?
I'll give ya 500 Riel for it...

Financial Controller/Finance Manager, ( Qualified management accountant ), 15 years overseas in Asia/Africa Oil and Gas, Construction and Sugar industries. 2 years being a lazy bastard so will try and get some contract work back in the UK next month before my brain seizes up and to tide me over. Not sure I'll be able to readjust to the buzz words, bullshit and corporate backstabbing - I hate that shit. If not its a thai retirement visa next March.

I build things that you use every day but rarely heard of. I also fix problems you don't know you have. Sometimes I create new ones.
