As a young boy, definitely my tonka trucks.
As a pre-teen it was rdx, ammonium nitrate and various other explosives (surprised I still have all my fingers tbh)
A bit older and my favorite toy was girls!
(I was a real bastard as a teen)

my brother used to rent out Playboy ,Razzle , Read's Wives, etc at school...he used to buy them from the second hand bookshop...made a killing....

Then after Scarelctic the top Xmas game was the Atari 2600 (1979) ...it ruled!

Yep, the original Atari on my list too. Asteroids as one of the first cartridges. Of course, we were too poor to own one (lived in a hole in the road) so we poor kids used to go over to visit one of the few rich kids from school and watch him and his brother play. We might get a shot about once a fortnight but it was worth the wait.
