kgbagent, thanks for great pics.
Is there already some high rise condos coming up? I've been planning to buy a holiday home.

Apparently a 41 story building with condos right on the riverside is planned - they have fenced off the site already but the developer has a history promising this sort of thing and it languishes like an eyesore for years
Some dude is trying to presell some loft style places for about 15k on the KPot Noticeboard atm

I think you hit the ''jackpot '' there.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Phnom Penh
Publication date 12 June 2018 | 10:10 ICT
Kampot provincial police have appealed to the public to be aware of a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) scam, in which Chinese criminals kidnapped fellow Chinese nationals and attempted to extort the victims’ families for their release, police officials said on Monday.
Dan Vutha, a deputy district bureau chief, told The Post that two years ago, a group of 10 Chinese criminals kidnapped Chinese nationals. They have since been arrested and deported to their home country, he said.
“The appeal is not only for Cambodians, but for all people living and working in Cambodia, especially Chinese migrants staying at construction sites,” Vutha said.
In March, Immigration Police arrested 100 Chinese nationals in Phnom Penh for allegedly running a large online phone-extortion ring that involved acquiring compromising photographs of victims and threatening to send them to family back home.
According to Vutha, there are many internet-extortion rings, and the authorities are investigating them.
