What happens if you refuse to pay the $3 visa photo "fee" at airport immigration?

Only a blowhard would presume that someone travelling to SEA for the first time would automatically think to bring a stash of passport photos
tbh the first time i came out here i knew id need a stash of passport photos so i tried ordering 12 photos (for visas etc) turned out they gave me 12 x 6 photos, 6 years later im still using them (and still have quite a few left) trouble is it looks nothing like me now and usually gets a laugh :D

if i ever got in the shit in Cambodia though and my passport picture gets posted, you will see, as i regrettably used the same photo when i renewed my passport a few years ago :BangHead: :suicide:
