I certainly don't like everything about the country and culture; I'm no hundred per center but they do excel at tolerating the intolerable. They are the most resilient people I've ever known. Unfortunately that sword cuts both ways.

i was about to say that khmers excel in
1 - making the best out of a bad situation
2 - make use of whatever little resources they have and make the best of it
