Well, what can I say?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

I think he was calling Ronny dim not you Violet.

Not every post or reply is about you. This one is just to be clear....
It's not clear because whoever wrote is ...well... not so "bright", to say the least...

Dim is hardly an offensive post. Really? You had to edit my post?

I bet it was Frank.

I even tried to nasically bribe the guy and he jokingly said he was afraid of getting arrested. And then I basically told my girlfriend "screw this" and said I'll go to Lucky Lucky and the giy heard me and saos don't bother because his sister works thete and the new visa law was passed on October 1. No WP/letter from employer, business license, letter from legal spouses/parents employer (if a dependent), or Cambodian marriage certificate...no 6 or 12 mth EB EOS.

Sweet!

Don't know how I missed that one. I'll be dusting off the ole 'Cambodian marriage certificate' and having the Lucky Lucky ladies procure me a nice, fat 12 mth EB EOS.

Good times!

Re the marriage certificate, would you happen to know, what if there's no marriage certificate but have dependent children and living together as husband and wife.

Don't get me wrong, I love our PtSD Kiwi. Super helpful lad, but he's doing his usual MO here of quoting directly from some pracas or another without any regard as to what is actually happening on the ground.

What is in the pracas and what is, in actuality, being currently accepted and approved for receiving a 6 or 12 month EB EOS are probably very different things.

It may very well be in the law/pracas but I have yet to hear of anyone waltzing in to an agents office with their Cambodian marriage certificate and receiving a 6 or 12 month EB EOS.

You do this from time to time Kiwi. Last time it was with the "12 month EG EOS"

This does nothing but muddy the waters.

And then you get all pissy when people get confused and ask repetitive questions. Then you say that you're going to stop helping us with our queries.

Come on man.
