Weird stuff you do that you think others do not...

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

taxi to Pailin ( Border) $25
taxi to Bangkok 2,000 baht

these are u buying the taxi shared seats are much less an bus is less again.

You could do it for $10 bus to Batt, $5 for shared seat to border, 200 baht for bus or 60 baht for train to Bangkok

or fly for $50-80 book in advance pay for extra baggage coming back air asia
Didn't realize flights were so cheap.. Worth it to me when you consider the time saved and the safety of an aeroplane vs. vehicle.

Checked flights though, after all the taxes got tacked on it came out to $220 round trip though, but still worth it to me. Tickets were indeed $50 - 80 one way to begin with though.

Thank you!

the longer u book in advance the better the price :-)

Yeah FD has crazy cheap sales where you have to book like a year in advance sometimes. Otherwise I've noticed a big price bump around the 21 day mark. Inside of 3 weeks they aren't cheap at all. If you're going to bring a bunch of stuff back - pay in advance for checked luggage one way. They'll f*ck you at check in big time.

Did you ever danger wank as a kid?
That's a high stakes game.

Danger wank is when you start off then call your mum and try to finish before she gets to your room.
Scarier than malaria.

I can't stand it if all the bills in my wallet aren't facing the exact same way.

Bastard. I'm trying to sleep and now I'm curious about what's happening in my wallet.
