Was there a CRAZY WINDSTORM in Phnom Penh, Cambodia Today?

I see all sorts of crazy videos of what looks like a pretty strong wind storm in Phnom Penh, blowing over motorbikes and ripping off roofs. Anyone affected by it? Looks like anyone on a moto had to just pull over and wait it out.

Didn't see it, but I heard it.

When I got home, I saw that one of the houses behind me had I huge hole in its roof (corrugated cement(?) sheets). Presumably debris from the building site next door.

It was around 2:00pm at my office. Thought the windows were going to pop out.

The slum behind the office had roofs flying everywhere.

I can't remember seeing gusts that bad in quite some time.

Happened exactly at 2:10. I was all kitted out, heading out for a dirt ride when just a few hundred meters from my house it started the blow like crazy, a precursor to the rain. Once it started pouring down a hid in a coffee shop. Normal pre-rain wind, only a bit stronger than usual and the clouds weren't as dark so one wasn't quite sure if it was going to actually rain or not.
