i Want to move to area close to riverside

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. The riverside is rather long. More information required.

Orus Sey /Capital is central to most places and most tuk tuks and motodops will (eventually) give you a cheaper price because they know they can get a pick up from around there. Hard to find an apartment there, but keep looking and you may find one. It could take a few months though.

There used to be plenty of apartments to rent on riverside, but you will find that almost all shops round that area are top price. What you save on the tuk tuk you'll likely be wasting at the high priced shops.

What are you talking about? Get of your arse and go and look around. There are masses of "apartments" between the river and Norodom blvd, Wat Phnom and St. 240, most of them within 10 minutes walk of say St. 136.
